In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3.2 alibab66 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage of account operation. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to the Platform's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accrued during the verification period may be withheld.
3.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the alibab66 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. alibab66 does not warrant or represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
3.4 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of alibab66 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to register one (1) player account on the alibab66 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of associated balances.
4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. alibab66 relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your alibab66 login credentials. You must notify alibab66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. alibab66 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 alibab66 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its absolute discretion, including in cases where fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or suspicious wagering patterns are detected.
5.1 All transactions on the alibab66 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, GrabPay, and Hong Leong Connect, subject to availability.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by alibab66's payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. alibab66 targets an average processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts. alibab66 reserves the right to perform additional due diligence checks that may extend this timeframe in exceptional circumstances.
5.4 alibab66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
5.5 Deposits made to alibab66 are for the purpose of wagering on the Platform only. alibab66 does not pay interest on account balances under any circumstances.
6.1 Wagers placed on the alibab66 Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details before confirmation.
6.2 In the event of a technical error affecting game or bet outcomes, alibab66 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Members' account balances. alibab66's decision on such matters shall be final.
6.3 alibab66 reserves the right to set, adjust, or remove bet limits on any market, game, or event at any time and without prior notice. Specific game and market rules are published within each relevant product section of the Platform.
6.4 alibab66 operates all live casino game feeds sourced from licensed third-party studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems and are independently audited. alibab66 bears no liability for outcomes attributable to the operation of third-party studio equipment or software.
7.1 alibab66 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements published at the time of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
7.2 alibab66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error may be reclaimed by alibab66 without notification.
7.3 Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, household, device, or IP address.
7.4 alibab66 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and/or close accounts where it determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies, or exploitation of promotional terms has occurred.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alibab66 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:
9.1 All content on the alibab66 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, trademarks, text, game content, and the alibab66 brand name — is the exclusive property of alibab66 or its licensed content partners. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.
9.2 No licence is granted to Members with respect to alibab66 intellectual property other than the limited, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, alibab66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings due to technical failures outside alibab66's reasonable control, or interruption of service.
10.2 alibab66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 alibab66's total aggregate liability to any Member under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their alibab66 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 alibab66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides self-help tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion mechanisms, accessible from within your account settings.
11.2 If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your alibab66 account and to seek assistance from appropriate support organisations.
11.3 Members who self-exclude will have their account restricted for the duration of the self-exclusion period. alibab66 will not knowingly reactivate self-excluded accounts before the exclusion period has elapsed.
11.4 The alibab66 Platform is intended for adults aged 21 and above for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which alibab66 holds its operating licence.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, Members should contact alibab66 customer support in the first instance via live chat or the email address published on the Platform. alibab66 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
12.3 alibab66's decision on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, and technical disputes shall, subject to the provisions of applicable licensing authority regulations, be final and binding.
